As has been documented, the Washington Redskins' last home game before the election has been an accurate indicator of the election two days later.

I will be spending today rooting for the Green Bay Packers harder than I have rooted for anything or anyone in my life.

I invite you to join me.

The fact that, as a New York Giants fan, I come with a built-in dislike of the 'Skins only makes this that much easier.
