Two things:

1) I denied my employee's request to have Saturday off. I decided my sanity was more valuable (and besides, now I can attend events).

2) I just got back from seeing Batman Begins, and the word is:

HAPPY.

OK, remember a couple of days ago, when I was talking about the limited number of offdays I was looking at for the rest of the month of June? I got to the store yesterday and found a note from my Saturday guy...

...asking to take off this Saturday, the 18th.

Part of me wants to turn him down cold just for the sake of my own sanity and self-preservation.

Another part of me, though, wants to do it, just for the endurance test and BECAUSE it would drive me crazy.

Thoughts?

Owing to a number of circumstances outside of my control, it's looking like my work schedule for the forseeable is off today, June 11, then working Sunday the 12th-Friday the 17th, off Saturday the 18th, then working Sunday the 19th-Friday, July 1st.

Anybody want to place a bet as to just when my inevitable psychotic break will occur?
