Well, some things happened today, but the most important one, I suppose, is that' I've picked up some work. (Note how I assiduously avoid saying I "got a job".) It's part time, it's nothing I really want to do, but it's $10/hr. Which means soon I'll have money. Money-having is good. It prevents the taking of hostages.
