Two months 'til Xmas.
Nothing earthshattering at work today. Or outside of work, for that matter.
Heard today about what is, perhaps, the only possible funny fake mail-terror act: one friend sent another a photocopy of an Anthrax album cover. THAT's how to do it right, folks.
I ran "Osama bin Laden" through the Internet Anagram Server. So far, my favorite is "is a bad lone man", though "abandon a slime", "so I'm an anal bed" and "end a lion samba" are also high on the list.
Today's Link Of The Day is the New York Observer. The Observer isÂ…well, it's a bit like your local weekly alternative newspaper (in Chicago, think the Reader), but done with the utmost in elegance and excellence. The weekly "Off The Record" is a major treat, detailing as it does, fun bits and pieces from behind the New York media scenes, plus it has some of the best writing on film I've found. I can't recommend it enough. http://www.observer.com
