A question for theoretical physics geeks who've seen "The Princess Bride": does Westley's status as "mostly dead/partly alive" qualify him as the walking avatar of Schrödinger's Cat?
Back to work today, which was crap.
Still crippled by self-doubt.
Saw "No Man's Land", directed by Danis Tanovic. It's a black comedy about the war in Bosnia. It is, ultimately, really really bleak. It has been nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at this year's Academy Awards, and while it's fairly powerful, I don't think it stands a chance against "Amelie". I'd tell more, but, frankly, I'm sleepy.
