Just some work today.
Stopped by a Toys R Us and nosed through the new Star Wars figures. They're keen.
I have just read a sentence I never expected to read, on many levels: apparently, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes of TLC died in a car crash todayÂ…in Honduras. I was surprised by the first part, sure. But the addition of "in Honduras" made the news of her passing cross the line from sad-weird to cartoonish super-sad-weird. I can't say I was ever really a fan, but still it's a surprise. (I'll pass on an easy Andre Rison joke.)
Today's Link Of The Day is oddly fascinating-it's a collection of print ads from magazines through the years. It's scary how well I remember some of these. http://www.adflip.com/
