There may, in fact, be a God. Today's piece of evidence:

David Mamet will write and direct "Joan of Bark: the Dog that Saved France" for John Calley to produce and Will Ferrell to star in for Columbia Pictures. Like much Mamet fare, pic is a contemporary satire about pop culture.
