Took an unexpected (though not unpleasant) trip to O'Hare today.
Remember yesterday when I said I might try to put together the bubbling-in-my-head rant early today? Or I might just buy the "Godfather" DVDs and not do anything else for the rest of the week? Well as you may be able to tell by the way my eyes are rolled back in my head, in much the same manner as someone who has overdosed on heroin
The set is SO amazing. There are one-to-two pages biographies of virtually every member of the Corleone family.
I also picked up Björk's "Vespertine" and Garbage's "beautifulgarbage". I'm liking them so far, but not as much as Tricky and Ben Folds (Mr. Ben having recently been named my #2 CD of the year (to date)).
Back to work tomorrow. Boo.
I admit to a rather hefty amount of schadenfreude w/r/t Rush Limbaugh's impending deafness.
Today's Link Of The Day is an online converter. Ever needed to know how many meters were in a light-year? Or milliliters in a barrel of petroleum? Find out here: http://www.sciencemadesimple.net/conversions.html
