I should have been in bed to hours ago. Oh, well.
I can't wait to see NBC's explanation of why the premiere of "Last Call with Carson Daly" was pre-empted/not broadcast.
Work is actually getting better-I'm getting back into the locating groove again, which helps significantly.
Today's Link Of The Day is actually the main focus of today's entry. I was thinking about what I could do with today when I ran across this article from Time magazine online, and knew I had it. Well, actually, I knew I had it when I stopped gut-laughing. You see, Apple Computers introduced their new design for the iMac today. To me, it looks like a set of Mickey Mouse ears with a shaving mirror grafted on to them. Now, I'm a proud Windows/Intel guy. I'd never get a tattoo, but if I had to, I've give serious consideration to the Windows logo. As such, Apple products do not merit a hell of a lot of respect from me. Now, I know they have their uses, for graphics processing, and whatever, butÂ…this new design is just ridiculous. We have iMACs at the Stater for the design team and the Classifieds and office staff and they are all a year or two old and soooooo many of them have taken a poop it's not even funny.
I *love* my Gateway. And it's all mine officially, no more payments, woohoo! It's a beast just like I wanted. :-)
