I'm forced to ask: What's the big deal about liquor ads on TV? Why is there such big talk about prohibiting them? It seems hypocritical to me to ban advertisements for one variety of alcohol, while another (beer) is not only one of the biggest advertisers in the country, but also one of the best sources of entertainment in commercials. Something's not jibing.
I wonder if Morpheus went down during the Grammys when the head of NARAS was bitching about downloaded music.
I had to leave work for an hour today-P's blood pressure wouldn't come up after dialysis, and he couldn't drive home. So I had to leave work, pick him up, get him some drive-thru (by his request), get him home, then head back to the office. I was not a happy camper, but I found blasting Rammstein's "Du Hast" at an ear-bleeding level helped.
I also saw a movie tonight after work, but for right now I'm not mentioning which one. All will be revealed in due time.
Today's Link Of The Day is something that's had me laughing most of the night. Betty Bowers, is, apparently, America's Best Christian. I just find the idea of a "Christian Crack Whore Ministry" absolutely hilarious-there's SOOO much fun to be had here. Go see for yourself. http://www.bettybowers.com
