Megasleepy.
Work was as it usually was, and there was nothing else really beyond it in my day.
Actually, I'm underselling. My depression hit me hard again while I was t the office, and I spent a lot of time staring either into space or at random notices on the wall of my minicube. Additionally, when I went on my lunch break, all I did was get into my car and stare straight ahead, listening to the radio.
What does it all mean? Well, I think I'm losing my will. And I mean my will to do ANYTHING. I don't want to do anything at all besides crawl inside my head and stay there forever.
This is bad, obviously.
But I'm not entirely sure what to do about it, and, furthermore, one of the wills that's being sapped is my will to do anything about it. Wonderfully self-fulfilling in that way.
Trudging onward.
