Well, I'm done. I was the first person in line at my precinct, and the first one out, thereby guaranteeing that, for a brief time, at least, Senator Kerry held the lead in my precinct.

Now it's your turn. Get out there and get it done. Be prepared: by the time I was walking out, the line was already 12 people and out the door.

Until the polls close and the votes start getting counted, there's no real point in trying to follow results. Take your mind off things with some light music. When things do close, the best sites to hit will be http://www.chicagoelections.com for the City of Chicago, http://www.voterinfonet.com for suburbab Cook County and http://www.dupageelections.com for DuPage County.

And I'd love to go to the Neofut thing tonight, but since I don't close my store until 7, it seems very highly unlikely.
