There's no doubt about it, it's definitely him. He appears to be outdoors, and is also reading passages from the Bible.
This may be the most random thing that has ever happened to me. Maybe I've finally had that psychotic break I've been waiting for, or maybe I've been launched into a David Lynch movie and no one's told me yet.
