I suck.
A lot.
I've made promises to people recently that I haven't kept, made plans for myself that fell apart and can feel the wave of depression cresting once again. I hate my work, I hate my home, and in the words of Steve Buscemi in "Ghost World", I hate my interests.
I didn't leave the house again today.
I was going to see at least one movie, and get some writing done. I didn't. SMAF (Spontaneous Massive Ambition Failure) hit me like a hockey stick to the skull at about 6PM and hasn't let up since.
I can only offer apologies to those I've let down, and abuse to myself.
