How do I solve this problem¹?

¹They say when all you have is a hammer, all your problems look like nails. I don't have a hammer.

I do, however, have a blowtorch.

Clearly you should stay up until six. Then you neither have to go to bed, nor get up at six. It solves all of your problems.
