Our office just received a lecture on gang activity in the warehouse from the Regional VP for Operations. The phrase "will not be tolerated" came up a lot, and we were warned that if we were involved, we need to get out within 24 hours.

Man, do these people not REALIZE how hard it was for me to get into the Gangster Disciples?

During my first two years at UIUC I worked at a factory that hired work-release inmates from local prisons. Because I wore glasses and attended the university I quickly earned the prisoner-bestowed nickname of "Professor." All I needed was a humiliating shower incident and my immersion into prison culture would have been complete.
