Mar. 20th, 2008 02:13 amFuuuuuuuuck.
The (tornado/air raid/disaster) sirens are going off for no reason at all.
When I called the police department, they answered the phone "Do you have an emergency, or are you calling about the sirens?"
My alarm goes off in less than four hours.
I STILL HAVE NOT YET BEEN TO SLEEP TONIGHT.
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
If you'll excuse me, I'm going to try to shuffle off to "Not-Enough-Sleep Land"--a place where (somewhat ironically) I spend too much time.

Date: 2008-03-22 06:38 pm (UTC)Boy was I spot on. Which one was it? They showed pics of the fire station on Main St. I figured it'd be the one at the golf course across the street from my 'rents. That (insert colorful metaphor here) would always go off in the middle of the night and it was so close it would sound like it was right outside the house.
I feel your pain, man.
