I say again: The game must change or I will leave it.
I understand congratulations are in order: A little bird tells me that Mr. Matthew Hendricks and Ms. Jennifer Strauss have announced their intention to marry. My hearty best goes out to both. (Confidential to said "little bird": we'll see how this comm system works out.)
Well, today was busy. Got Mom off to the airport without difficulty-indeed, I got her seat assignment upgraded-and I haven't heard anything, so I'm forced to assume everything is going according to plan. Went to the hospital to see Dad, and even he is now saying it will be more like Monday before he is released. Then I bought comics (as always, an occasion to prompt a "woo-hoo!"), and then had the opportunity to view some of the filmic work of Cirio Santiago. Then it was home for frozen pizza and late-night TV. As for Mr. Santiago's works well, I'd say it needs to be seen to be believed, but even then you wouldn't believe it. Let's just say that Ed Wood lives. It's not that his films are bad. It's that they are so bad, they make you want to gnaw off your own arm so you can more easily beat yourself to death with it. Y'know, like "Hanging Up".
Our beloved President is in Europe Europeans, please, just remember, most of us didn't want him.

P.S. I realize these writings are getting shorter I think the aberration were the longer postings at the beginning, though when something (like state politics) gets me going, the day's entry will be longer.
