Odd today. Odd indeed.
I went to work, but I sure as hell didn't feel like working. So I didn't, really. I was just feeling very ADD all day. So I spent my time seeing how much 'net use I could get away with. This turned out to be enough to stay up-to-date on the football scores, which is just fine.
The higher the ratio of someone's secrets you know to the number of your secrets they know, the more power you have over someone.
Then I got home and, through a confluence of events, ended up watching taped TV, eating quietly miraculous from-scratch chocolate cake and drinking milk at 1:30 AM.
I had more I wanted to say, but the words dissolved somewhere around my corpus callosum.
Today's Link Of The Day is the Game Theory Society. Game theory isÂ…well, hard to really explain. It involves using the skills developed in chess to real-life situations. It's revolutionized economics and will start to have its effects felt on other sciences soon, as well. The upcoming Russell Crowe film "A Beautiful Mind" is about one of the pioneers in the field.
