The little minipostings have a higer incidence of drawing comment that the old big ones ever did.

It isn't that you talk, or write, too much it is, at least for me, that when these shorter posts come up they seem to be the beginnings of conversations as opposed to an essay on the state of life as you see it. The longer posts read more like well-formed complete intelligent thoughts, and are pleasant to read and do a lot to update the various readers on your state of mind, whereas the shorter ones are like invitations to discuss your views and thoughts.

Both are equally valid, ones just lends itself more to interaction.
